01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ccbaji ("ccbaji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at ccbaji.net and all associated services, including casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotions, and customer support functions.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the ccbaji platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

ccbaji operates as an offshore online gambling platform. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers. ccbaji makes no representation that its services are legal in any particular location, and players acknowledge that they access the platform entirely at their own risk and at their own legal exposure.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated in January 2026. ccbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the ccbaji platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the lifetime of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age or such higher minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not as a representative of a corporate entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by statute or regulation.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of ccbaji, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by ccbaji for breach of these Terms.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

During the registration process, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, contact telephone number, and preferred payment method. ccbaji may at any time request documentary evidence to verify any of the information provided, including government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances. ccbaji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login details.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify ccbaji's customer support team immediately at [email protected]. ccbaji will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending resolution.

Account balances held on ccbaji are non-transferable. Players may not transfer account credit to another player's account, trade account credits for cash outside the platform's official withdrawal process, or use their account balance for any purpose other than placing permitted wagers on the platform.

ccbaji reserves the right to carry out periodic account reviews. During such a review, the platform may temporarily restrict deposit, withdrawal, or wagering functionality until the review is completed. Players whose accounts are under review will be notified via the registered email address.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to ccbaji accounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ccbaji accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels:

Players must only use payment accounts registered in their own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate return of funds and potential account suspension.

ccbaji does not charge any processing fee on incoming deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which ccbaji accepts no responsibility. All deposits are subject to a security review before being credited to the platform balance. In the overwhelming majority of cases this review is completed instantly, but in exceptional circumstances it may take up to one business day.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The following general withdrawal rules apply to all ccbaji accounts:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless expressly approved otherwise by the ccbaji finance team.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are targeted for processing within 24 hours. Requests submitted after this cut-off will be processed on the next available business day.
• ccbaji reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player.
• Where a player has active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, only the real-money balance net of any locked bonus funds is available for immediate withdrawal.
• ccbaji does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Third-party charges levied by receiving payment providers are outside ccbaji's control and are the responsibility of the player.

In the event that ccbaji identifies suspicious activity in connection with a withdrawal request, the platform reserves the right to delay or suspend processing pending investigation. Players will be notified of any such delay and the estimated timeline for resolution. During any investigation, ccbaji may request additional documentation including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ccbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of opt-in, which form an integral part of these overall Terms and Conditions. The following general bonus rules apply to all ccbaji promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn as real money.
• The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is the specific multiplier displayed in the promotion's individual terms (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳2,000 bonus means ৳40,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before withdrawal is permitted).
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds have a validity period. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings that remain at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• ccbaji reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer from an individual player if it determines that the player has opened duplicate accounts, exploited a system error, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse.
• No player may hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Promotional offers are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the wagering requirement framework.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ccbaji — whether on sports events, live casino games, RNG slots, or card game tables — are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product, as displayed within the game or betting interface at the time of play. The following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. In sports betting, ccbaji reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or results in an abandonment without a result.
• ccbaji reserves the right to place maximum bet limits on individual games, markets, or accounts. Maximum win caps may also apply to specific games and will be displayed within the game rules where applicable.
• Bets placed using funds that were deposited via a fraudulent transaction will be voided and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round or sports event, ccbaji will endeavour to reconstruct the state of play from server logs and settle accordingly. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds and game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the binding odds for that wager.
• ccbaji's decision on the settlement of any bet is final, subject only to a formal dispute process initiated through customer support within 14 days of the disputed settlement date.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ccbaji platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an exploited error will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in card games, live casino, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including the systematic deposit and withdrawal of funds without genuine gambling activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment documentation during any verification process.
• Attempting to circumvent geo-restrictions or age-verification measures through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or other technical means.
• Making threats, abusive communications, or harassment toward ccbaji staff or other platform users through any channel.

ccbaji cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected. Account information, transaction records, and communication logs may be disclosed to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law without prior notice to the account holder.

09 Responsible Gaming

ccbaji is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment. The platform acknowledges that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented a range of tools and procedures to support players in maintaining control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.

In summary, ccbaji collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and service improvement. Data is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and law enforcement authorities where legally required.

• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Gambling losses incurred during use of the platform, which are a natural result of the inherent financial risk of gambling that every player acknowledges and accepts at registration.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ccbaji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their device and internet connection are adequate and secure for gambling activity.

12 Termination

ccbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• The player is engaged in or suspected of money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to ccbaji.
• The player is found to be a minor (under 18 years of age).

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance may be forfeited at ccbaji's discretion depending on the severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons (for example, where ccbaji ceases to offer services in a particular market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 30 business days.

Players may voluntarily close their own accounts at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations already in progress; those obligations will be cancelled and any associated bonus balance will be forfeited upon closure.

13 Amendments

ccbaji reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ccbaji will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the ccbaji platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. 14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ccbaji is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ccbaji's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that ccbaji operates as an offshore platform and that it is their own responsibility to ensure compliance with all laws applicable in their country or region of residence, including any restrictions on online gambling. ccbaji makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any jurisdiction other than that in which it is incorporated.
